To request product samples, certificates of analysis, or Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), please email the product name, catalog number (if available), and shipping address. For bulk order sampling, we can arrange trial quantities by request. We often provide smaller lab-sized bottles for analytical checks prior to large-volume procurement; shipping cost for samples may be charged depending on location and weight.

Ordering & payment

Orders can be placed by purchase order or email. Payment terms for regular corporate customers are negotiable and documented in our sales contract. For first-time customers, we accept advance payment or bank transfer. For recurring customers we support net terms after credit evaluation.

Export, import & large shipments

For interstate transport and export shipments we work with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure compliance with documentation and transport requirements. For hazardous consignments we ensure appropriate UN packing and provide required transport documents. Customers should share commodity code (HS code) and intended use so we can advise on any regulatory constraints.

  • Q: How quickly can I get delivery?
    A: For in-stock items near Bhiwadi we can dispatch within 24–48 hours. For special-order items lead time depends on supplier manufacturing and shipping. We recommend early planning for critical production materials.
  • Q: What happens if a shipment arrives damaged?
    A: Notify us immediately with photos and we’ll initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement or refund depending on the case.
  • Q: Can you support urgent same-day shipments?
    A: For select in-stock products yes — please call our emergency procurement line and we will do our best to prioritize packaging and courier pickup.
